HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Products are typically at your door 10-14 days from the date of your order.
We aim to prepare your order within 3-5 days and we'll email you a UPS tracking number as soon as it leaves our dedicated manufacturer in Sialkot Pakistan. From there shipping takes typically 5-8 days.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
US SHIPPING:
FREE Shipping on orders over $100**
Flat fee of $14.99 on orders under $100**
**Due to 2025 government changes to the De Minimis policy, U.S. customers will now receive a duty invoice from UPS.
We previously covered these costs by charging a shipping fee, but this is no longer an available option. To help offset most of the duty, we’ve removed our $15 shipping fee on orders over $100.
Canada Shipping:
FREE Shipping on orders over $100
Flat fee of $14.99 on orders under $100.
Outside of North America:
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
**Customer is responsible for any VAT or Duty fees.
CAN THE PROTECTIVE RIDING GEAR BE WASHED?
Yes! Just remove the armor, wash in cold water (no fabric softener or bleach) and hang to dry (do not put in the dryer).
RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
We offer easy FREE EXCHANGES within 30 days. We'll send you a shipping label and you just drop them off at any post office. Simple!
