HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We aim to ship your order within 3-4 days. You'll receive a Tracking Number as soon as your package is in transit. We ship most of our orders direct from our dedicated manufacturer in Sialkot Pakistan, which is typically 5-8 days. This allows us to use the highest quality of protective materials and offer more variety and sizing options to our customers.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Canada Shipping: $14.99 flat fee.
US Shipping: $14.99 (includes all tariffs). **We cover the balance so there are no additional surprise fees.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Orders Prior to Oct 28, if you received an invoice from UPS for the new US Duty/Tariff, please email us a picture of page 1 of the invoice and we will take care of it. Send to info@oldsoulmoto.com
Outside of North America shipping will be calculated at checkout.
**Outside of North America, customer is responsible for any VAT or Duty fees.
CAN THE PROTECTIVE RIDING GEAR BE WASHED?
Yes! Just remove the armor, wash in cold water (no fabric softener or bleach) and hang to dry (do not put in the dryer).
