Warranty

We stand behind all of our products and pride ourselves on solving any issues that you may have with them. First step, email us at:  info@oldsoulmoto.com.

All Old Soul Moto gear is covered for a One (1) year period from the date of purchase to the original retail purchaser. Our warranty covers factory defects such as defective seams, snap failure and/or zipper failure. Old Soul Moto will REPAIR zippers, snaps and most seam failures. Items will only be replaced if it cannot be repaired.

Items NOT typically covered by warranty:
  1. Damage due to a fall
  2. Contact with hot surfaces such as exhaust pipes
  3. Cuts by sharp objects
  4. Fading caused by exposure to sunlight for long periods (some exceptions).
