We stand behind our products and if you're not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we'll make it right!
To complete an exchange or return an item we ask that you first email customer service at email@example.com.
You can exchange or return your purchase within 30 days as long as it's unworn, in new condition and still has the tags.
We try to keep things simple around here. Here's the process:
- order your new item (this gets the order started right away)
- we'll send you a pre-paid mailing label so you can drop your original item at any post office or UPS
- we'll deduct the flat Exchange shipping fee of $15 from your refund of the original order
- we'll send you a pre-paid mailing label so you can drop your original item at any post office or UPS depot
- we'll deduct the flat Return shipping fee of $15 from your refund of the original order
These fees go toward the return shipping cost. We cover the additional costs and do not charge any handling or extras.
Outside of North America:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping fees for exchange or return.
