You have 30 days from from the day your item is received to initiate a return/exchange.  All items must be received in their original, unused, unworn condition.

FREE Exchanges

Email us with your exchange request and we'll send you a prepaid return label so you can drop your return at any post office. Once we see the return is sent, we'll ship you the new product, NO CHARGE. 

Limit 1 free exchange per item. Example: if you order 3 products, they can all be exchanged once for free.

Returns

Email us with your return request and we'll send you a prepaid return label so you can drop your return at any post office.

Once received, we will refund your original purchase, less a return shipping fee of $20 first item, $10 each additional product. Original Shipping cost is non-refundable.

This fees go toward the rising cost of shipping. We cover the balance and do not charge any handling or extras.
