HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Products are typically at your door 10-15 days from the date of your order.
We aim to prepare your order within 3-5 days, but as of May 20th we are a few days behind on some products, which could mean 7-8 days processing. We hope to improve that shortly.
We'll email you a UPS tracking number as soon as it leaves our dedicated manufacturer in Sialkot Pakistan. From there shipping takes typically 7-10 days.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
Our products are designed and tested in Waterloo, ON Canada, and produced by our dedicated, licensed manufacturer in Sialkot Pakistan.
WHAT ABOUT US TARIFFS?
We pay the tariffs, there are no extra charges to customers after checkout.
NOTE: you will likely see a message on your UPS tracking saying that duties are owed, but you can ignore that - UPS will deliver your parcel and then invoice us.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
US SHIPPING:
Flat fee of $15.00 – covers all tariffs/duty
Canada Shipping
Flat fee of $15.00 on all orders
Outside of North America:
Shipping will be calculated at checkout.
**Customer is responsible for any VAT or Duty fees.
CAN THE PROTECTIVE RIDING GEAR BE WASHED?
Yes! Just remove the armor, wash in cold water (no fabric softener or bleach) and hang to dry (do not put in the dryer).
RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
We offer easy FREE EXCHANGES within 30 days. We'll send you a shipping label and you just drop them off at local any post office. Simple! Returns come to our Waterloo Shop.

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN STOLEN?
Old Soul Moto will take full responsibility for any packages that are damaged or lost during delivery, however, we cannot be held responsible for any packages once they have been delivered to your address. If theft is a concern, we advise that you take any precautions or have the parcel delivered to a secure location. We appreciate your understanding.
